Would you say that if your chin was more forward projected it is more ideal and makes your jaw better? Or what would the ideal chin projection be for enhancing the lower third?

Projection doesn't matter as long as you aren't recessed. Chin height = everything. I don't consider myself human because my chin-philtrum ratio is below 2.2...
