When I started to read the forum ~1 month ago, I was toying with the idea of getting jaw implants. Your numerous posts on the topic have dissuaded me from getting that procedure. Instead, I'll get fillers to the gonions and look like a rubber duck

If you can't get the desired result with some type of genio, or if you fear the potential side effects of a genio (nerve damage, etc.), then a chin implant may be a reasonable option.

“More invasive” yes but it is one of the safest osteotomies u can do on the face as long as ur not advancing huge amounts

Nerve damage is not too common, however most people who get it just lose sensation and say they don’t really care.

People over estimate how much filler can migrate, usually if it is placed well, by a skilled professional as well as not too much, it looks good for a long time
