Chin projection of doom

I’m well aware of a number of surgery’s regarding your chin but what in a real way to improve/correct the projection I believe mine projects slightly to far giving it a almost pointy look

I was afraid this was the case but I believe as far as surgeries go they are fairly straightforward

they are and they are cheap as well. its a pretty good problem to have considering some people need a lefort II

Yeah not saying my face is perfect otherwise but definitely a very fixable issue and a main flaw that brings my face down significantly
