Can anyone recommend me any effective method for better chin projection apart from surgery. I believe that I lack chin projection and it’s nerfing my side profile

you have enough chin projection, your mandible looks a little bit recessed
Slightly short, but I don’t think I can do much about it, do you?

You could spend hours researching and doing whatever retarded “methods” people suggest for projection, or you could stop coping and get a genio/filler.

While it's not perfect, these were the results of my first ever DIY filler session, and I've only gotten better. Guess how much it cost me?

60 bucks.

it's not nerfing you because you still have ideal facial convexity and a good mentolabial angle
I really appreciate your knowledge thank you. But then why does something look short, like slightly recessed, it’s a problem of the length of the mandible?

Yes, you have a very slight mandibular deficiency that's why you also have an overbite.

Not much, depends on how hard it is but it's not very likely to completely shift anywhere. At most it'd detach and eventually re-integrate back into my soft tissue.

My philosophy on filler is that it shouldn't be a permanent solution, but a temporary one until you can save up for a more permanent one. Goodluck, and feel free to check out my profile's pinned posts where I have some guides written on how to administer it (y)

Don't worry about it you still have a harmonious side profile. It's only a few millimeters
Ok I really appreciated your help and comments, thank you very much

It's recessed according to the frankfurt plane
the chin or the mandible? i hope no one is conflating chin projection with mandibular projection

alr, i imagined it would dent and be smushed around and that would be visible on the chin

Nah, the chin is one of those areas where it's not as risky in terms of migration as compared to something like the midface
