I'm 13 with an over bite and pretty noticeable chin recession. I've been wearing Invisalign for the past 8 months and overbite correcting bands for the past 4, and will continue doing both for like a year. Will this fix my chin recession, or could it fix naturally?

its not cope, its basic science. If you dont believe me, then just do bonesmashing on one side, you will see the difference in bone density between the two sides. These fucking stupid 14 yo hopeless retards on here just think everyone is getting surgery.

As for exercise, lie on your chest on a yoga matt, and only touch your chin to the ground, and put the weight of your head on it, do until slightly before failure. You can also do it while sitting. hold your chin to forward, and push it with your hands, and resist it.
