Idk ab the other stuff you mentioned, but you do have a downturned oral commissure.
You could consider adding some sort of lip-corner lift to your procedure list to address that

Honestly I usually smile a lot and have an 8 tooth smile so I’m not too worried about that but thank you.

Could very well be the right procedures.
And/or a custom chin implant.
Or fillers instead of gonial implants.
Or a chin wing, with or without adjunctive procedures (fillers, implants).

... you should try to lose even more, because your current fat % will not allow you to achieve optimal results. A good lower third not only has the right volumes, but also the right definition/sharpness. Even if genio & implants turn out nicely, your jawline will still lack definition, and the overall aesthetic improvement may be quite lackluster. Similar to the morph below :

A sustainably leaner face and lower third enhancements are probably what would yield the best results for you. It could turn out similar to this :

Same vertical chin augmentation and same gonial enhancement as in the first gif, just with a leaner face.
