chin shortening

my chin is one of my main flaw, i was thinking about implants to make it squarer but relaized that it would fuck up my ratios overall.
is there any way i can shorten my chin as shown in the picture under? idc if it gives me a cutecel lower third as long as it's not pointy.

doesn't this only affect the side profile visibly? also it just seems to bring the chin up instead of actually cutting it straighter first (iykwim).
