chin tendons = atractive?

I have noticed a chin ascends when it is square but also have tendons sticking out like matt boomer

here is it seen those tendons (or whatever they are) are forming trapezium that separates chin from jaw.
Now they are activated when you smile, but mine are not visible ( atleast not like him) because i don`t smile often or they require wide bones for them to be visible.

Thoughts?

yeah bone pushed it outward and provide support but ultimately what you see is muscle
