Is it better to have more ideal chin to philtrum ratio or shorter philtrum? My philtrum is 17mm wich is a bit long but my chin is 41mm wich makes it probably fine. Would i benefit from shorter philtrum?

get a lip lift surgery which would decrease philtrum length increasing ctp ratio slightly although this would shorten the mfr and slightly improve fwhr (mark as solution)
