chin to philtrum ratio fixing

I have a 1.5 chin to philtrum ratio, I think getting a chin implant would make my lower third too big and ruin the balance between my facial thirds; any surgery recommendations?

I think chin implant is better since it appears like youre middle third is longer than your lower which is unbalanced and feminine

And you're philtrum doesnt look overly loong compared to the rest imo
