chin to philtrum ratio too long (looks ugly as fuck)

My chin-to-philtrum measurement is approximately 2.55. This is far longer than ideal and destroys my lower third making me look like a brute. Due to the fact that my gonions do not flare, my jaw area appears almost rounded in appearance rather than angular/defined, so it doesn't look masculine at all compared to someone like Tyler Mahers.

Given my concerns regarding the vertical length of my chin (menton) and how out of proportion the lower portion of my face appears I was curious if a reduction and reshaping of my chin via mentoplasty would assist with creating a more aesthetically pleasing jaw/chin relationship.

Could mentoplasty correct these issues or are they simply due to a lack of gonions/jaw structure?

Seems like the problem is a short ramus. The fix would be to square your via jaw fillers/implants around the ramus to make you look less stupid

my lower facial third is kinda not grown yet cuz im a late bloomer. my chin to philtrum is 1.9 but i dont think dat my philtrum is long

if I just augment the ramus/angle with implants or fillers without addressing the vertical height, I risk turning into a box-headed ogre.

1.9 is a good ratio, you’re still growing probably.

O'pry's but the length is that of De Poot's. The gonions I was referencing match O'prys tho unfortunately which is why the ratio nerfs me to oblivion

Norman reedus has the same ogre chin but TWD fans cream over him so your probably just overreacting.

You could always get become a scientologist (get gonion implants) when your older like tom cruise did it probably will look better than some cope chin reshaping because it sounds like you have a good chin
