No one will give a 15 year old fillers or implants unless you look older than you are and lie your ass off at some clinic. Also how tf am i supposed to know if lip flip will work if I have not seen your lips at all. Just look up results and see if you like the results and compare to what lips you have. Botox and filler if you get them at 15 yrs old will be temporary anyways so not really high risk. But again only way at 15 is either DIY which is risky or just lie about your age somehow at some clinic still kind of risky.
