im 184cm at 16 and i really wanna reach 190cm. my dad is 180cm and my mum is 170cm. Any tips and advice to help me. ill be 17 in july. i am also slovakian which have pretty tall genes.

Why are you complaining about being 6ft? Just do the basics. Have a good diet, avoid endocrine disrupters, sleep 8+hrs, be stress free, get sunlight, etc.

Yup, I was short at 16 but now I'm almost 6'1 barefoot, just live your life and enjoy your childhood. I can elaborate or send you heightmaxxing threads in dm, but obviously your stage in puberty and difference in genetics play a substantial role.
