okay so my posture is fucked. i wanna know if me chin tucking will have any effect on maxilla, will it make it shorter or taller?

If youre a pubertycel like me chintucks will help you avoid pulling your mandible back and aiding in SOME (keyword some) forward growth uptill genetic potential. But they do help by giving you better posture(underrated af) and atleast 1 inch of perceived height
