As many other users do I subtly jut in public, subconsciously at this point. Well, lately I've been experiencing shoulder pain around my rhomboids, these muscles connect to my neck and I could feel the tendons were being stretched. I thought it was because of my computer use and found this term "mouse shoulder" thrown around a lot, started doing more back work to strengthen my traps and rhomboid in the hopes that it was simply and issue of lack of strength.

Well the pain only got worse, it still felt like my tendon was being constantly stretched, and no physical exercises I did seemed to help. This last week though as I was chintucking I turned my head and didn't experience the usual neck/shoulder pain I'm used too. Turns out my chronic jutting and consequent poor neck posture was the culprit.

Most people not only have forward neck posture, but they also tilt their head backwards/jaw upwards. If u align ur frankfurt plane with the ground u should be good.
