Started doing chin tucks consistently every day mainly to fix posture and neck alignment. 20 reps for 4 sets spread throughout the day. Not expecting instant changes but trying to see if long term it actually improves jaw/neck positioning and overall side profile or if it’s just another overhyped posture thing people talk about online.
