thank u for checking up for me bro. Also dont worry i wont use my friends snus again since the ones I use that are lower mg already relax me on a very decent level. Also I do small breaks and change sides regularely so I dont fuck up my gums and keep the snus tolerance low while still hitting on a good level so i dont fuck up my gums

Just buy diuretics and the difference will be much bigger, but eventually the water retention will com back after the cycle. Don t go for anti androgenic diuretics like spironolactone for example unless you want to get ed and hormonal imbalances
