In both photos I have the same amount of fat on my face and I have the same weight
Before are the two first picture.
And the after the 2 last picture you can clearly see the difference.
I started adding weight to my chin tucks and my posture is improving day by day.

We’ve known they work.

How often did you do them?

Every day I do 3 sets where I do as many reps as possible. I add weight with towels like a maniac since I have no other idea for adding weight. I plan to increase to 10 towels and then add a chin-tuck exercise with more strength to continue progressing.
Many people believe that training your neck with neck raises is the same, but I don't think so. I used to train my neck at the gym, but it never gave me these kinds of results. You have to keep the same movement pattern, which is to tuck your head into your neck, but try adding weight.

Maybe I'll try using a cable machine at the gym.

It trains your neck which adds more muscles, aka more definition and less fat

It's not cope there's just better ways of doing it
