i have been doing this for months, works pretty good although i tend to skip training it on the sides and back, i mostly do dumbell shrugs in the gym and neck curls at homeDo them weighted, so neck curls and extensions, rep range should be between 4-8 (like for any muscle, low reps mog high reps). They work like any muscle, so high reps no weight is cope. I use Dumbbells in the gym on a flat bench.
