Do Chin tucks/Neck curls actually work or is it cope?

It will work by giving you a thicker neck and it also tightens the muscles around the jaw making your jaw look leaner and tighter.

+ giving a better illusion of the jaw by creating better contrast because of a thicker neck. It will also make you look more dimorphic.

It helps activate you deep neck flexers weak neck flexors are a cause of tech neck so yes this does work. It wont raise your hypiod bone🤓☝ but can give the illusion of this cause your posture is better. This deserves a thumbs up and solution r-r-right ❤️

Do them weighted, so neck curls and extensions, rep range should be between 4-8 (like for any muscle, low reps mog high reps). They work like any muscle, so high reps no weight is cope. I use Dumbbells in the gym on a flat bench.

i have been doing this for months, works pretty good although i tend to skip training it on the sides and back, i mostly do dumbell shrugs in the gym and neck curls at home

I started this in my cut, progressing, but far from optimal.

I don't hit the sides, I do put a DB on the back of my head for extensions, slightly uncomfortable, probably using a towel next time I hit neck.
