You most certainly don't ALWAYS need two sessions. Especially since i'm only getting around 1800 grafts to straighten my hairline.
But I guess there's like a 50% chance the density won't be quite satisfactory with just one unless you luck out with a great surgeon and good donor region.

After my transplant, I'm gonna jump back on the surgery table fairly soon.
My nose is too big, but not ridiculous. My chin/jaw is too small but not ridiculous.
So i'm torn between like genio+rhino, or just rhino (which will also make my lower 3rd look better proportionally?), or just genio (which will make my nose look smaller?!!)
