I spoke to another user about this who had the same problem as me.
I have a slight type 2 maloclussion but not significant to get something like a BSSO.

And im also basically looking for just aesthetic results tbh

You have an overbite, then you need a BSSO, its simply as that. Chin wing is aesthetic surgery

Yes but you see the bite isn't significant to warrant a BSSO and at the end of the day i care a bit more about aesthetic results

Not yet but the surgeon will probs be Zarrinbal since no one here in NL does it.

Yes the lips and nose base become more supported, the cheeks become more hollow since they are stretched with a further forward mouth.

Also if you need rotation, that improves the front a lot too for obvious reasons.

This guy had Double Jaw surgery, Genioplasty, and Rotation of the Upper+Lower jaw to be less downward facing.

The worse your starting point is, the more dramatic the improvement will be. This guy obviously had a terrible starting point so thats why he improved so much.

Lots of people need their mouth moved forward, implants cant do that.

Im very recessed everywhere, I only plan on getting custom implants on the cheekbones.

Eye area is the only place you can get implants. I'm also planning to get orbital decompression and implants
