these are different procedures for different problems

Chin wing is an alternative to double jaw for people with recessed jaws but good bites.
Wraparound jaw implant is mostly used to widen the jaw and manipulate a better jaw angle. You can't widen your jaw with chin wing.

I saw great cosmetic results from Andreischew at chin wing, but to get best aesthetic results specially from the front, you need custom jaw implants specially at the gonial. angles.

Chin wing is an alternative to double jaw for people with recessed jaws but good bites.
Wraparound jaw implant is mostly used to widen the jaw and manipulate a better jaw angle. You can't widen your jaw with chin wing.

The cut of a long chin wing definitely gives you a wider jaw.

I saw it too. Unfortunately he doesn't share that much of them, considering he probably made it a lot.

Here's a Bimax + chin wing result. You can see crazy improvement of gonial angles, seems even more natural than the best jaw implants.

But I wouldn't consider it myself, I have too much asymmetry. Even tho I guess it may be corrected with chin wing, the result would be far less predictable than customs.
