a little bit wider than mouth looks masc&aesthetic. more can be good too (i like it that way) but not preferred by young females according to my observations.

I think what most women overall prefer for wide appeal is chin almost as wide as mouth or chin as wide as mouth and squareish but you need to look at the face as a whole
