Yes, it objectively is. India average IQ is 84 while China is 104. China is also less poor and people are more educated. If you ask anyone honestly and unbiased, if they had to hire from a random pool of Chinese in China or Indians in India, everyone would choose the Chinese.

I think that India needs eugenics to select for the higher IQ and more competent people. There are clearly a subsect of very competent Indians (look at all the Indian tech CEOs and high level politicians in the west), but the average person in India is far from that. So you need to focus more on people like this, and increase education all around.
