He does make some good points but unless the white guy is in places like SE Asia it isn't easy on average looking white guys. Far East Asian females in the US do chase white guys a lot though but even they want HTNs usually. He said in China he saw 1000 white guys with Chinese females and he has only seen one Chinese man with a white girl (an ugly Russian one).
