Pretty much yes... everyone has a degree these days so it's basically worthless. The reason it had value 10-20 years ago was because only a select few people were going to uni. The chink foids do mention they have a slight advantage over the natives when it comes to employers but still they either can't find jobs or very underpaid ones that aren't related to what they studied at all.
