Cholinergic Urticaria only cure

I have this saw some other posts of people with this

Did some research and came to the conclusion that the only cures to this

1. Fixing stress and anxiety
2. Moving abroad to a warmer humid climate

Only 2 permanent solutions fuck taking allergy pills everyday.

Thank god I dont have the hives portion of it mine is literally just prickles and itchiness I'm going to dubai for a week this month which should hopefully defer CU for a good couple of months, I will literally be sweating buckets
