Your surgeon should have software that will generate morphs of what you’ll look like with each. Very hard to tell just looking at models of the bone.

i wanted an angular implant like second picture, he told me it's gonna be spiky, and only propose me the first one wich is too rounded IMO

plus he says he can't really tell final results, only that considering how narrow i am, it can only be better..

the surgery is comming soon i have to finalise the approuval of the design but i was not happy bout it, glad you tell me the truth of that BS implant

i'm looking for this kind of improuvement, i have the same jaw profile with even less chin. This guy got a wraparound, im sure with some 5mm angles it would have been bs
