Choosing the Right Facial Surgeries & Surgeons

Hello all. I am the guy who made this thread from Lookism.net.

Due to the takedown of Lookism.net, I lost all my work in that thread except a screen cap of page 1. The main conclusion I remember from that thread is like most people here, I would need to get bimaxillary advancement with submental contouring and maybe infraorbital rim implants and/or jaw implants. I want to look like this guy as much as possible:

However this is what my sad self looked like about 10 years ago, with very little bodyfat:

And here is what I look like a couple years ago with more bodyfat and less optimism:

You can see from the very beginning of life that I lacked under eye support, despite having good teeth and I never needed braces. In fact my entire maxilla and jaw is recessed.

Someone in my previous thread did a wonderful before & after photoshop job of my face, but that image was lost. However it showed exactly what I desired.

I would like your thoughts and fresh perspective about what I should do. I have 5 figure money to spend on a good surgery.

I'm not willing to pay for your information but if you want to tell me which surgeons you recommend then that is fine.

I am hopefully trying to find a doctor based in the U.S. but I have also been looking elsewhere.
