chopped friend pulling a lot

we have been friends for like 12 years but this dude is objectively unattractive and 5'9. He is always in a relaionship with a female that looks way better than him and is pulling non stop. He just got out of a 2 year relationship and literally started talking with a girl from our friend group that likes him. I mog him both facially and height wise but i just cant figure out how he pulls way more than me, does personality really matter that much?

dude trust me, literally bottom 5 percent eyes and overweight. his jaw would be decent if he wasnt fat but still no zygos and buzzed slave hair

yeah personality does matter ngl, I'm ugly as fuck I think but still pull girls that mog me. I still need to ascend because when I see a picture of me that looks bad I fall into serious depression

My plans for next couple of months: filler touch up jaw and chin, canthopexy, leanmaxing (already at 12.5% want to reach 11% hopefully to improve submental), then hair transplant to fix uneven hairline ( I think Ill get this at end of the year so a bit later)
