First meal of the day at around 11, gallon of water a day, supplementing potassium and ashwganda, 30 mins of Stairmasters daily after lifting, lymphatic drainage in the morning and 2 more times throughout the day, make sure you moving after eating to let food properly digest. My rating is MTN-HMTN. You got a lot of ideal measurements besides your nose to mouth ratio being small. You got good hair eyebrows and a wide bottom jaw. I could be wrong however even tho your bottom jaw is wide to me it looks like it good be lengthened. U also got green hooded almond downturned eyes.
