low vit d will tank mood, energy, and hormone balance over time.
you’ll notice worse recovery, higher fatigue, sometimes even brain fog or random joint pain.
it also messes with calcium regulation, so bones and teeth take a hit long term.
get levels tested, then run 5,000-10,000iu daily with k2 (mk-7) until you’re back in range.
ideally pair it with magnesium glycinate too, vit d doesn’t absorb or activate properly without it.
