Chordee (penis curvature) and painful erections

I have congenital chordee - my penis is significantly downturned (not straight) when erect and it never bothered me much; I've been born with it.

But my boners have become quite crazy lately to the point my dick starts to hurt. This morning for example, I had a sick sexual dream tonight and woke up with a viagra-like but also very painful boner. It hurts the most where the bend begins (about 1.5" from the penis root).
I'm also getting boners very quickly and my balls start hurting due to increased libido. So I need to jerk off more often than I used to.

Does or did anyone have the same issue and has found a solution?
