The level of incompetence in the surgery world--not from the surgeons themselves, they're seldom the culprit--from the secretaries, CT techs, cmf designers, engineers, is truly mindblowing.
Here's chrishell's law: The invasiveness of the surgery to be undergone is inversely correlated with the attention to detail and professionalism with which the above parties will approach your surgery.
Basically every (female) secretary in every surgeon's office seems to "get off" on being vague in their replies to my inquiries. They just have that look in their eyes. IYKYK.
