God sacrificed himself, to himself, to get rid of sin, which he put in place, which came from a woman’s (made from a man’s rib) eating of an apple. However the woman was tricked by the snake, but god knew she would eat it and let her be there anyways. Now because said woman ate the apple humanity is DOOMED

some time has passed and now god is upset with the behavior of humanity(that he allowed for), and sends a flood to kill everyone. Lastly, god won’t show who he is or show he is real, but if you don’t worship his teachings he will punish you in hell forever.

Yeah, it absolutely lines up with the Gnostic frame. I’m not trying to box myself into any label necessarily, but I do resonate with that tradition, especially groups like the Cathars. They just described the underlying mechanics in a way that matches what I’m pointing at.

I think the same. I believe that the original function of these secret societies wasn’t sinister, but rather quite noble and protective.
Masons, Templars, Rosicrucians etc. were just containers for material that would’ve been moralised or stamped out in the open.
