I mean I guess very simply you can run modus ponens on God existing would entail that he is morally perfect, and therefore even if we can't explain why it's still the case that we can know God's commands were moral. At least in the case of murder you can perhaps argue that it would be worse to live a life away from God then to be killed. If you take God to be good, they are completely separate from the good.
