Yeah. When she hits puberty and is likely to finger herself, then it is better for both of them to get married to avoid sin.

Marriage is delayed to late 20's/30's because it causes more materialistic purchases. When you're married, you don't need sports cars, watches, expensive clothes, etc.

Same reason the media wanted women to work despite 93% of women opposing suffrage. Companies wanted to charge 2x the price for homes and cars since both people in a marriage would be working. There's a reason people used to leave the home at 18 and get married. Now people can't even afford a place until they're in their 30's.
