Chronic illness is daily ropefuel

I suffer from chronic spontaneous urticaria which is basically chronic hives and welts all over my body. I got diagnosed in december and I've been suffering ever since. Every single morning I wake up in a miserable state of physical pain, and when I look in the mirror and I see red spots all over my body a wave of suicidal thoughts overwhelms me. This bullshit fucking disease ruined my life, it made depressed which made me fail school which made me even more depressed and stressed which made my condition even worse. This is so fucking brutal I just can't take it anymore

I have the same shit check out the cholingeric urticaria subreddit. Only thing that seems to work is sweat therapy or high dose vit D. Do u also have dandruff/seb derm?
