Chrysin might not even work

I can’t find a lot of solid in vivo evidence that oral Chrysin does actually inhibit amorotase. This is probably because of its shit bioavailability. Is there any evidence (scientific or anecdotal) that 500 mg will do anything to a human? I don’t want to waste my money, this shit is expensive, it’s like 16 dollars for 60 500 mg pills
 
try taking it sublingually and see if u feel anything
