honestly, most of the time I'm insecure about my chubby cheeks. I currently trying to debloat I'm 15 around 170cm/5'7 feet tall my weight isn't the problem it's even too small for my age cause I weight around 55 kg which is around 122 lbs. I have theory my cheeks are mostly genetics and I can't really do anything, maybe only buccal fat removal. I started going to the gym and swimming. but idk what to really do to get small bf% and make my cheeks more hollow.
