anyone else's family give them shit when they try to eat healthy?
im on a lean bulk i had a very good day of eating (1900 calories 180g protein and all micronutrients. ZERO slop)
parents said i had an eating disorder when i didnt eat the extremely sugary cake they brought and i refused to eat chips
trying to hit 14 percent bf theyre making it hard for me
