Kind of off topic, but will cigars have any noticeable negative effects on looks or respiratory health? I smoke cigars weekly as a hobby but I'm wondering if it has any actual impact past some small aromatase inhibition and the other long term stuff.

Even weekly cigar smoking can have noticeable effects on both appearance and respiratory health over time. It’s not as extreme as daily cigarette use, but it’s definitely not "cosmetically neutral" or harmless

Can you be a bit more specific? I'm aware it causes some premature aging but I didn't know about respiratory problems

No cigars are execlusive to your mouth. You don’t inhale as you would a cigarette or vape. However smoking will affect your jaw due to mouth breathing and recession of face

I really doubt puffing something out of your mouth once a week is going to cause any recession if you're a nose breather, but ok
