You can eat shit on a stick if you have a good circadian rhythm and light environment

But if you're a night shift worker you can eat a perfect raw meat diet and not digest any of it

A quote from Aajonus:

"First thing in the day when you awaken, your nervous system is detoxified all night. If you sleep during the daylight hours and you're exposed to sunlight, you will not detox the nervous system except in your waking hours. But most of your detoxification of the nervous system is done at nighttime when most people sleep. As long as light is out, the nervous system cannot detoxify. So if you're on the night shift, you're going to detoxify in your working hours, so don't expect to be as happy as normal as the average person who works in daylight time."

Could be the food itself, for example that happens when I drink cold raw milk as it is harder to digest, doesn't happen with room temperature raw milk

No it's not the food itself. I was eating a perfect raw food diet and I was having diarrhea 15 mins every hour. I'm currently on my day off with a normal schedule and now I can shit on a stick and digest it perfectly. The only 2 times I've ever vomited up raw meat was because my body was being affected by night shift. I'm pretty sure I don't produce stomach acid at night plus the nervous system detoxing while you're awake makes it all a hellish experience.
