If you work night shift you’ll never be healthy even with a perfect diet

You must be awake when it’s sunny and asleep when it’s dark for proper mental health

Doing night shifts fuck up the entire next day

Pure slavery

I would have to sleep for 12 hrs and sunbathe for 3-4hrs and constantly eat to recover from regular night shifts

Now that I work day shift and wear my blue light blocking glasses I don’t even feel the need to sunbathe
