circadian rhythm reset

for the past year I have had the most awful sleep - waking up at 12pm not sleeping for 30 hours then falling asleep for 16 and fucked up shit like that

this morning I forced myself to wakeup at 6am and sat in front of one of these for 3 minutes (it had a milky filter infront so i dont fry my retinas)

today im installing blackout curtains in my room and turning off all lights in my house at 8pm.

ill report back in a few days when I do this a few times. wish me luck

what a fucking routine wake up then sit besides that big ass light for 3 minutes , anyways i hope it goes well
