At the age of 14, I underwent circumcision surgery in Antalya, Turkey. Since my aunt lived in Antalya, we combined treatment with a vacation. After the surgery, my mother and I had to treat the wound with antiseptics (hydrogen peroxide and iodine) daily. To secure the bandage, we used a special construction made of medical tape and gauze. The construction looked like this:

The design is similar to a bandage, but it is longer. It is convenient to bathe in the shower, as it does not allow water to penetrate to the wound.
