Europe is mostly uncircumcised while Americans are mostly circumcised. Now if you listen to kikes and Sandniggers on the intermet you'd belive that chopping off the foreskin is the key to drastically lowering HIV, UTI, disease etc etc.

Why the fuck does Europe then have no literature on having more HIV and UTI problems than America ? Okay maybe let go of the HIV but UTI and smell ? I dont see any stereotype of uncut dicks being prone to UTI in Europe

It was traditionally done because Middle East did not have a lot of water to spare for things like bathe, so circumcision was a considered a hygienic option. Eventually it became a ritualistic thing like the "Khatin" done by muzzies and Jews as well as Christians.
