There might be a real detectable genetic difference between rural and urban whites. There is a "high genetic quality" bias in who decides to migrate to cities, since you'd need more drive, higher intelligence, higher motivation, etc. This eventually only leads to the scum of society remaining in rural areas. Rural whites tend to be mentally ill to boot.
