In cities you have a lot of young and good looking people, why? the main source of dopamine in cities is socialization, mostly between genders. When you are not good looking, you are likely 1) not well socialized so you interactions are not rewarding; 2) interactions with the other genders will be minimal because of lack of interest from the other gender.
Learning point: if you are ugly, get out of city (centers) and move to the suburbs, here sources of dopamine outside of socialization are more available and practiced. Do not torture yourself with not being good looking and living in a city.
